Hi, I’m Sandra
My journey to being a business coach for therapists, healers & coaches started in my 20s when I was searching for my career (it’s a big word, I know!). I didn’t know it then, but I would take the different jobs & skillsets I had and create my own unique job helping people achieve their true potential and build the life they want, marching to the beat of their own drummer instead of walking the well-trodden path. I’m an outspoken, passionate, free-spirited person—”a force of nature,” in a friend’s words. I aim to live my life simultaneously giving 0 fucks and all the fucks, if you know what I mean.

I’m still following my dreams. If you and I partner together, we will mutually support each other because our success is intertwined & interconnected.
Our coaching relationship will be an extension of my meditative practice, to help you hold your dreams with equanimity & at the same time work hard to achieve them.

Built my therapy business from the ground up with $600 in my bank account and 5 personal acquaintances (no professional network), being a transplant to Tacoma, WA
Scaled to six figures in my first year of full-time private practice; scaled to multi-six figures in my third
Previous business owner & sales experience: I was a licensed & active real estate agent for about a year (and I made money!)
Website coder & designer, 2 years (I used to build them from scratch with no CMS: Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress, etc.)
Serious Vipassana meditator since 2018. Values are Buddhist. I will never push you to do something which is not in alignment with your values, and at the same time I will challenge any limiting beliefs masquerading as values. Sometimes less is more and more is less.
